The reason for selling products is so that we can keep the price down that we charge our clients, therefore if you make a purchase you are helping yourself or others firther their career at a reasonable rate. One of the main reasons that I have developed this website is to help support my beautiful wife in her new career. Very briefly (I hope), she suffers from various disabilities including Epilepsy. With that, plus other ailments she has been unable to work outside the home. For the past twenty years, she has written many inspiring poems and has submitted to various poetry contests. As a result of this effort, she was discovered in Nashville, Tennessee. In March of 2003, she was nominated for Silver Writer Artist. In October she won second place in that category. This marked the beginning of a long and tedious, sometimes very difficult road to success. Along the way, we met plenty of people promising to get you stardom for a price. They gladly took the money, but dissappeared into the woodwork. This is when M&S Public Relations was born. We have developed relations with reputable companies that have been in business for over fifty years and do everything in their power to help you succeed. We offer our services to all that qualify and I, as President of M&S Public Relations, will give you the same options and opportunities that my wife Shirley receives. We represent people throughout the U.S. and over-seas as well. We will accept all types of music as long as there is no vulgarity or Lewd gestures in your act. Our main two categories however, are Country and Gospel. These are the fastest growing gendres in the music industry today. Also, if you have an album or cd that has been published and all material belongs to you, we are tied in with an internet radio station that has over one million subscribers. We work in accordance with the rules and regulations of Emerald Records and American Sound Records. Inthe the past we have been leniant with our clients and as a result of our leniancy we have been lost money. Therefore we must now require all moneys due us up-front plus legal contracts being drawn up. We can and will get you the recognition that you deserve and after reviewing your performance if we feel that you have the ability as an individual vocalist or a band to make a true impact on the music industry we will support you. To give you an idea of Emerald Records and it's holdings, we will give you some information here so that you can decide if this is the way that you wish to push your career ahead. There may be times that we can make payment arrangements if you are not capable of supporting your choices at this time.

The rate for our services is now $100.00. If you cannot pay this all at once, we can work out a payment plan, however we need to know that you are serious about pursuing your chosen field and are willing to comply with our instructions in doing so. Plus, if we are instrumental in getting you jobs (GIGS) we do expect 10% of what you get paid. Unlike other agencies, we do not collect the money, you do. Within a week after your performance we will expect payment. We will allow up to four pictures, a bio, and your interests, (i.e. performing in Clubs, Corporate events, Tours, or getting your songs published. ) This gives you an ample opportunity to let everyone know exactly what you are looking for. Your $100.00 fee at this time is Lifetime membership. This may change in the future depending on several factors including how fair you treat us. type of ailment. She fought through

them and went on her way. She was

We have been bringing clients to Nashville for the past three years. Many of them have since recorded in Nashville Studios and because of their T.V. exposure have been able to get more GIGS and more recognition. We have listened to our clients while at the same time observed the audience as well as Mister Ayres, to see what goes and what doesn't. Emerald Records 50th Anniversary

New York-A reception and press party celebrating the 50th anniversary of Emerald Records took place at rhe Plaza Hotel in New York City. President of Emerald Records, Cliff Ayers Ostermeyer, hosted the event. Many celebrities, some of the label's early artists and several music industry executives were in attendance.

Two songs Ayers recorded in the early 50's, Lulu Bell and Scotty, were later nominated by the Country Music Association for entry into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Over 400 artists have recorded under the Emerald Records Label and it's sister company, American Sound Records formed in Nashville, Tennessee by Ayers in 1973.

Emerald Records, which operates in Nashville, New York, and Fort Lauderdale, has expanded to include Germany. Buddy McDavid has been promoted to run the operation in Europe.

Send us a CD with at least two slow songs and two fast songs, Cover or original. (If original, be sure to give us details of who wrote the song, who arranged the music, and whether or not it has been copyrighted. If not, we will show you how to get that done.) Also, send a video of four to six songs. Send a check or money-order for $100.00 payable to Michael J. Caron. If that is not possible at this time, let us know when it will be possible. Be able to take constructive criticism. We will review the material to see if it qualifies for an invitation to the E.I.A. Awards Show. We plan, in the next two months, to begin airing Entertainment Shows, Showcasing our clients. No matter where you live in the U.S. or overseas, we will get your talent exposure. If you are under eighteen we must have a parent or guardian approval in writing. When we show your talent on air we will have a number for people to call if they would like to book you. Therefore, we will also need to know how much material you have available. One set is forty-five minutes. We need to know how many sets you are capable of. If we submit your material to the Record Row Review Board and you receive a letter saying that you have been nominated for their up-coming Awards Show, it means that you have automatically secured a second place win. This will give you a $750.00 credit towards a $1,500.00 recording contract. After the show has been video-taped (about two weeks) the over-all winner will be contacted by mail. That winner will receive a $5,000.00 Recording contract. What age is eligible to compete? A few years ago, a young girl (about seven years old) appeared on the E.I.A. Awards Show. Her name was Erika. Recently, a teenage girl won the Nashville Star compitition. She went by the name Erika Jo. There is no age limit. Love your music, follow your dreams, and work with people that have your best interest at heart. When people tell you that they can do all this for you for free, run as fast as you can away from them. My wife was told the same thing and lost ten original songs that she had written. Be very careful!! There is nothing quite as sad as to be listening to the radio and hearing a top hit song that you know that you wrote from your heart, and you or a friend painstakenly composed with compassion and that you gave it to someone in complete trust, and lost everything. We won't let that happen to you, because it has already happened to us. Before you decide, Let God Be Your Judge.

You have a great voice, you've put together a cd with your original songs, and you want to sell them. In order to sell them you need to have radio stations play them on the air, but even if they do, and they mention your name, they won't let their audience know where they can purchase them.
